Post subject: Gundam 08th MS Team

| Does anyone here like Gundam 08th MS Team? Do you think it should be shown on toonami? |

| It's the ONLY Gundam series I liked and it's already been on Toonami... a couple times. |

That show was already on Toonami 3 years ago.
Oh, and in my opinion, I think it's the second-worst Gundam series on Toonami.

But thankfully we all know Daikun is an idiot so his opinion doesn't matter. Yes they have aired it already and I believe Zechs owns the entire series.

I personally thought it was the best Gundam series ever made. Of all series' this one hit home most the message of 'war is bad.'

Yeah, it was pretty good. Ranks as one of my favorite side stories. Mostly due to the fact it focused more on the soldiers fighting the war then the Mobile Suits. Not to say they didn't have cool mobile suits(Gouf Custom anyone?)
Note ep 13 is the suck

i'll chime in as well and say that 08th ms team is one of a select few mecha-centered series that i thoroughly enjoyed, and is the only mecha series i currently own...
as for it re-airing on toonami, i doubt the network still has the rights to it, and it saw quite a few runs both on toonami and the midnight run back in the day...my advice is to just buy the four dvds that make up the series...

I thought that it was not shown on toonami because kazaa doesnt have it (It has almoust all the episodes that were shown on toonami, even zoids). Thats strange, especially if people liked it.
Here are two questions:
1. How long ago was it shown?
2. If it was shown a long time ago, is there any way it could be shown again?
And another thing, I got an awsome AMV from these series, I donwloaded it of Kazaa, so I have no idea who the author is and where it came from. If anyone wants to see it, just tell me your email and I'll send it to you. |

How much do those four dvds cost (all together)? |

I think that's including "Miller's Report", and sticking it in continuity between the episodes it's supposed to slot into (8 & 9?).
I also personally feel it's the best Gundam series made, followed by 0080 (also aired on Toonami, before you ask).
Of course I might be biased since I prefer UC continuity, and even then only in small doses (ex. Gundam movie trilogy).
As for picking them back up, keep in mind that to Bandai and CN:
Wing, G-Gundam, UC series = Old and busted
SEED = new hotness (although I don't see why, myself)

0080 was a nice one too.
And no Miller Report was a movie made before 08th MS Team was done.
