Awesome, I've been wanting to see this guys animation style for a while now. Aeon Flux came out before I even knew anime existed so I never got to see any of it. _________________ Bang.

aeon flux was either really good or really bad, it didn't have much inbetween. I'm hoping Chun learned a bit and will have more inbetween than really bad and even more really good than inbetween. _________________ "Veni. Vedi. Spooki." - Julius Caesar

The way they're doing Initial D, it'll be no more then the likes of Digimon or Yu-Gi-Oh- and that's with name changes and content edits. Rumors say they're going change the music as well. _________________ Ice cream has this erotic sense to it- kinda like the one choclate and strawberries have.

I remember their announcement. But I could see putting that version on Toonami. Then the biggest problem, besides outraged otaku, would be soccer moms protesting the show as promoting irresponsible and dangerous driving.
And the soccer moms would miss the irony.
update: According to a T-POP press release, they plan to roll out "Initial D" in Fall 2003. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis
