Ewwww. Now that's something I don't need on my mind. (I'm referring to the guy who said something about Tenchi being gay) _________________ "Charles Xaiver did more for mutants than you could ever know. My only regret is that he had to die for our dream to live." -Magneto, X Men3:The Last Stand |

That show summary stops making sense after the first paragraph 0_o are they trying to give away the whole show??? If only anime DVD's weren't so expensive, I might buy these....then again, I don't own the original series yet either... _________________ rednekbob9: 1: You're Female

Tenchi must have so many mini series. I have read about the one revolving around Pretty Sammy but I've never seen it. _________________ "Charles Xaiver did more for mutants than you could ever know. My only regret is that he had to die for our dream to live." -Magneto, X Men3:The Last Stand |

I didn't see it either but knowing that it's a Tenchi show it will be good. Is it on DVD? _________________ "One Piece may seem like a pirate show, but it's really a life show. Think about it." Tom4, Toonami 2008 Hodgepodge |

Everything's on DVD.
Mihoshi Special/Pretty Sammy OVA's
Magical Project S (Pretty Sammy TV) #1
Magical Project S #2
Nobu's unsolicited opinion: Magical Project S is the best of the non-OVA Tenchi spinoffs, primarily because it doesn't focus on the "infernal triangle" of Tenchi - Ryoko - Ayeka. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. What's the Tenchi movie called, and will it premiere on Toonami? _________________ "Charles Xaiver did more for mutants than you could ever know. My only regret is that he had to die for our dream to live." -Magneto, X Men3:The Last Stand |

Movie 1: Tenchi Muyo In Love
Movie 2: The Daughter of Darkness
Movie 3: Tenchi Muyo In Love 2 (a.k.a. Tenchi forever!)
I doubt CN will pick up any of the Tenchi movies. Tenchi had its run on Toonami, but hasn't been aired on CN in about 3 years. Plus the International Channel is/was airing the Tenchi series last I heard.
As for the movies: movie 1 was the best, but they got progressively worse after that. But that's just my humble opinion. _________________ "Robots don't say 'ye'."

CN should show the movie or movies in my opinion. I haven't seen Tenchi in a while. Does the Anime Network have Tenchi, and is the Anime Network available on satellite dish? _________________ "Charles Xaiver did more for mutants than you could ever know. Let's try this again. The International Channel is currently airing the Tenchi series on Fridays and Sundays at 11 PM ET.
The Anime Network is not airing Tenchi anything.

OK someone just told me that Tenchi is more than likely to end up choosing Noike than anyone else based on the new OAV! Is this true? Does he really seem to like her in more than a friendly way? Is it possible?
Wouldn't the fans rebel if he didn't choose a girl from the original series?
I so hope he ends up with an original girl, I don't even mind if it's Sasami...I'd prefer Ryoko though... _________________ rednekbob9: 1: You're Female

Well she is his *fiancee*, after all.
I don't think you really have to worry, though. It's not like he's ever going to choose a single girl anytime soon. Although he is impressed with her talents (cooking/household management), interests (gardening) and other attributes.
Episode 5 on the 22nd! _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

He didn't pick her though ¬_¬ that's gotta count for something...and if he's going on cooking, surely Sasami or Mihoshi can do that job? Arggh how stressful!
22nd eh? I'm looking to see how the fights turn out... _________________ rednekbob9: 1: You're Female

Not always. A lot of Japanese "arrangements" are done by the families without consulting the "arranged" beforehand.
Tenchi, of course, has yet to raise any objections.
