Urge to troll rising ....
Anyone wonder what they'd do with Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust? Or something as overtly benign as Ah! My Goddess? _________________ Krogoth uses Berserk.

why not just give them a copy of the horrendously poorly done Lady Death movie. There is just so much in there for them to be offended at in there. |

Urge to be evil rising....
I want to trap about 30 of these people and force them into a marathon of NGE, AMG, Vamp D: BL, and a 30 hour play session of DOA:XBV. Tape it, then sell the tapes for millions using infomericals! MUHAHAHAHAHAHA
or not... _________________ -Ixidor |

Interestingly, they don't seem to have much of a problem with AMG...
What's interesting is that they claim to speak from a Christian viewpoint, yet their views probably aren't that of all Christians.
Now, onto the real subject, who knows how to hack? Gay pr0n on the frontpage anyone? _________________ Ice cream has this erotic sense to it- kinda like the one choclate and strawberries have.

Of course they're not. No one group can claim to speak for ALL Christians.

How reassuring to know that "religious intolerance" still runs in both directions.
They have their own little playpen, and we have ours. There's no need to start throwing rocks at each other. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

There are alot of families in the midwest and elsewhere I know of that dont let their children interact or deal with anything that doesn't have the word "christian" plastered on it. So this might be a way for those that have an interest in anime but have parents against it to become informed. If my dad was a fundamentalist I wouldn't want to bring home Ninja Scroll and find out that I'm going to hell. _________________ Bang. |

Come on, just messing around. You don't think I was serious do you? Their lack of cultural sensitivity (and i have very good reaons for being upset about that) annoys me, but yeah, they have their place, we have ours.
And Zechs got some free advertising in the deal. _________________ Ice cream has this erotic sense to it- kinda like the one choclate and strawberries have.

No, I knew you weren't serious, but I felt someone should vocalize that it was a bad idea to go out and deliberately piss on them. _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

They may have AMG! the OVA, but that's the most mundane by far. The movie would get a lot more in violence and bad religion. What I really want to broach to them is AMG! the manga. More violence, nudity, a ton more sexual content, and all manner of non-Christian religion. I'm surprised they don't have something for "proper values" which does not necessarily come from Christian teachings. _________________ Krogoth uses Berserk.

Why would they? _________________ "When I became a man, I put away childish things, including the fear of childishness and the desire to be very grown up."- C.S. Lewis

This is why I hate religion.
But better yet, let's try to show them a series that can involve christianity AND piss them off at the same time:

I'd like to review say, 10 animes honestly for them, then review some hentai, completely neglecting to mention anything under the nudity or sexual content area. _________________ This space left intentionally blank.
