Sorry TWWK, but I just had to. No choice, I swear. ^_^
So who would win from the choices above? It's a battle royale fight. Take your time, and choose carefully. You could even make a fight post between them all to see just who would win. In fact, do just that. Make some fight posts.

first of all, the Gouf option is unfair...Gouf strapped to a strap? that's just too powerful...he would kil us all - thus, I discount that as a choice
and so, it comes down to Tenchi and the inanimate carbon rod...it would go something like this...
Tenchi: you, I can't believe you! You've killed Aeka, Sasami, and Grandpa! you horrible, merciless carbon rod!
Carbon Rod: ...
Tenchi: don't just stand stare looking so smug! prepare to die!
Carbon Rod: ...
Tenchi: that's it! <starts to charge forward, but trips, falls, and starts to lose consciousness> I see your game...you're good...real good...<knocked unconscious>
Ryoko: <flies in and sees the carnage> oh no, what happened? is Kagato back? <sees carbon rod> even worse! its the rod of doom! I'll finish you off for good this time...
Carbon Rod: ...
Ryoko: take this! you're a formidable opponent, indeed!
Tenchi: <waking up> I'll take care of this Ryoko, for good...go away Ryoko, as far away as you can...
Ryoko: but Tenchi! I can't leave you!
Tenchi: go...
Ryoko: <seeing the seriousness in Tenchi's eyes> ok...but I'm coming back for you, after the fight <flies off>
Tenchi: I have to...to avenge the others...<walks toward rod> now, you die...
Carbon Rod: ...
Tenchi: it ends, now! <summons all of his Jurai energy, and creates a blast that destroys the rod...and himself with it>
and you see, that's how it ends...Tenchi dies destroying the rod...but he does, indeed, destroy it
