i think this was already mentioned somewhere else on here, but rurouni kenshin premiered in march of 2003 and was taken off this past march...odds are that cartoon network purchased the rights to air it for two years, which means they can presently no longer air it whether they want to or not...
if you'd like to purchase the broadcast rights for cn, i'm sure they wouldn't mind, but buying the dvds may be a slightly cheaper solution...

Until your favorite 6-episode OVA gets a grand total of two airings (for a grand total of nearly 6 hours of exposure in the middle of the night), stop whining.
Kenshin had a good run--no, a drawn-out run. It lasted far longer than most shows on its initial run. _________________ This space left intentionally blank.
