Post subject: For anyone who's been watching Yu Yu Hakusho . . .

In last night's episode, why the bloody hell did no one ask Genki "Aren't you DEAD?"
Seriously, she's supposed to not be alive at all. This is gonna bother me a LOT . . .

Not really.... I mean i saw the ep they brought her back.... even then it makes little sense.

I thought they already knew she was alive. Didn't they meet up just before the group left the dark tournament island?

She died at the Dark Tournament, right? Toguro killed her, she met up with him in the afterlife, everyone else was fine and dandy except that Yusuke was pissed and depressed that she died. When the bloody hell did she come back to life?

Yeah, she died, but Koenma allowed her to come back to life after her meeting with Toguro at the gates of limbo. She was brought back because Yusuke still needs direction and the plot needs to move forward. She met up with them just as they were heading to the last boat of Hanging Neck Island. So, yeah, they knew she was alive. They were just surprised that she was behind all of this crazy mansion junk.

The winner of the Dark Tournament was given a wish, Yusuke's wish was for Genkai to live again, with the tournament commitee dead, Koenma granted his wish.
