Zatch Bell relicensed in the U.S. (UPDATE)

New Video Group has obtained the rights to Zatch Bell and will be releasing a series collection on DVD on November 5. According to MVD, it will be released on twelve discs.
Whether the release will be the complete series or just the episodes released by Viz (104 out of its 140 episodes) remains to be seen.
UPDATE: Right Stuf indicates that it will just be the first 104 episodes. (Thanks to Nobuyuki for pointing this out in the comments.)
The DVD set will have a retail price of $99.95, but if you preorder on Amazon, you can get a discount.
