You know, I have yet to set foot inside a Target store. I'm too confused by the commercials to understand what it is they sell exactly. All I know is that it has something to do with a freaky colored room and products of the same freaky color and painting a bullseye on your self and dancing naked as a hunter comes in and has fun with target practice . . . at least that's what the commercials tell me.

Having worked in Wal-Mart for two years, I would take offense at that...cept' that I shopped at a Target a few weeks ago for the first time, and you described it exactly right; Target is like a quality Wal-Mart |

A lot of people find it indicative to blame stress and obesity are one of the same, I heard anywhere as to it's a genetic gland in certain body systems and there really is no denying the body. And then there's the one's that compare food to sex, but in all prospects of food and weight there is a little word called self control and it really must be set in with in these people, it's food for crying out loud! I mean this is the top freaking country where there's the most fat people and that says a lot.
Oh and not to mention those obese kids suing McDonalds for their "obesity & diabetes" because their ignorance lead them to eat there. Yeah these is also the country of most meritocratic sues to take place.

| My mom is a certified nutritionest, and she says that if people want to lose wieght they should stop eating so much grain. Its actuly worse then meat since it turns to starch when its digested and starch turns to body fat. She's eleminated all breads and cerrial from our meals and I lost weight and kept it off to. |

At least you have a Wal-Mart and K-Mart in your city. I have to drive 15 miles to the next town over just to see the crap they have there.

You're in HS right? Well if so, when you go to college, make sure it's in amajor city near tons of stuff. All problems will be solved.

And I still say Target is a front for numerous extascy-laced-raves.

Actually, complex, varied carbohydrates in your diet don't contribute to fat much. Rice and white bread are absolutely terrible, but whole wheat/ multigrain breads take much more time to digest, and are less likely to make it beyond storage carbohydrates. And they're a lot tastier, too!
