Ouch. That honestly hurt me deep down inside. To think that the sole purpose for producing some of the greatest stories of our time would merely be an ends to a giant wad of dosh is almost insulting.........almost. Then I wake up and realize that I'm living in the real world.

Great Horny Toads of Vishnu! Is there anything that gets you down, man? I swear, all that perpetual good cheer is going to overload one day, and *BOOM!!!* _________________ Rycel's Death Count on this board: 7

You could watch tapes of nukes going off. Theres always a program like that somewhere on TV. Or you could just watch Gundam. _________________ LOVE & PEACE! |

Speaking of suits, here's food for though:
Don't you think it's kinda interesting that "Freedom" and "Justice" would end up opposing each other?
*NOTICE: Yeah, it's a pseudo-spoiler, but nobody that doesn't already know that far in the story will even get it, so don't worry about it, Fritz. |
*note I've seen all of SEED*
Nah not really. Since many times they seem to clash...hmm with SEED coming I'll need a new avy (^_^)
*starts to Hum Realize*
To bad they'll use Invoke opening over and over.... Invoke was the worst opening if you ask. And I'd hate seeing it used over the ending theme _________________ "I'm just very selective about the reality I choose to accept." - Calvin

Realize (4th op)
nvoke was far from T.M.Revolution's best. But Meteor was a nice song. _________________ "I'm just very selective about the reality I choose to accept." - Calvin

Best Intro: "Believe" - Tamaki Nami (3rd)
Best Ending: "River" - Tatsuya Ishii (2nd)
*To those who've seen SEED Intros 1 & 4: What is the deal with the silhouette behind Mwa and Raww? I mean, fanservice is one thing, but jimminy jilligers, Radioactive Man! That's way more than "just a little jiggle." _________________ Rycel's Death Count on this board: 7

Ah yes the bouncing boobie lady... Well no one seems to agree on who it is... I think it's Murrue if you ask me.... But some other people think it's Frey/Fray. River was nice, But I like "Find The Way" more, _________________ "I'm just very selective about the reality I choose to accept." - Calvin

I think this is all bs! Gundam seed is a relatively new show. It was shown in Japan in 2002. According to the pattern of shows shown in japan, and the same shows shown in US, there is about a 3 year gap, or even more. So wait a year ot two.
P.S. I'm sorry to say that, because I am too a gundam fan, and would like Gundam Sed to be shown on CN this year. Sorry again, but that's the bitter truth. |

good
I'm glad Toonami is finally getting a decent Gundam show. After the SD nightmare i was wondering if Gundam would come back and make its stand on Toonami as a good show. I'm really looking forward to seeing Gundam Seed- it sounds pretty good. _________________ I am Valentinez Alkinella Xiafas Sicidabehertz Gumbigobella Blue Stradivari Talentrent Pierre AnarT Charton-Haymos Ivanovicci Baldeus George Doitzel Kaiser III

Thats something we would have said a few years ago. But Cartoon Network has been doing a much better job at keeping it's word.
And The_Punisher
We don't know where Gundam SEED is going yet. Daikun mis-read the article.... _________________ "I'm just very selective about the reality I choose to accept." - Calvin

I honestly don't think it's all that unusual for SEED to be coming to the US so (relatively) soon after wrapping up. Foreign demand for this series, and not just in the US, has been high ever since it first began in Japan. Add to that, that a second series (Gundam SEED 2) was in talks even before the first finished its run. Rapid production, or simultaneous production of multiple projects, seems to be the recent trend in television and movies, but that leaves the question of quality left to be determined when the shows finally air. _________________ Rycel's Death Count on this board: 7
